Full Description
Med grey ware and green glazed sherds in plough soil inside and to the N of moated area. Also fragment of rim of chafing-dish, early C16, red fabric green glaze and knob of lid, red with green glaze, incised cross in centre - sketch at Ipswich Museum. Found at Ashes Farm, cited grid reference TM 1116 3637 incorrect. Mislocation of Ashes Farm, MDS 003 (?) or one of other listed moated sites.
