Full Description
Rom pottery sherds found in farm garden and on meadow near Deben in 1947 and seen by Basil Brown. S Page dug a trial hole in the garden of the farmhouse and found very deep deposit of black earth. Flanged tile and C2 coin also dug up in garden at this time (S1).
