Full Description

1957: Bronze knife, trapezoid butt with three rivet holes and two side notches. Narrow blade. Further notches on base probably damage. Extensive corosion. 14.1 cms long. Found by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) in 1957 on ploughsoil surface. Probably late MBA (S1)(S2)(S7).
Findspot checked with finder as (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) (S6), all incorrect (S1)(S2). Various findspots given & marked on first two fields on NW side of Haylands Drove by Edwardson, circa 1957, who also records a flint barbed arrowhead from same location (S8).
