Full Description

`Ring of chalky soil about 2 feet wide. Area within raised about 1.5 feet. Probably a nearly levelled tumulus. Revealed by ploughing January 1939' (S1)(R1). Marked (incorrectly ?) at TL 9196 8028 on 1983 OS map (S2). Not shown on OS 25 inch map in 1905.
