Full Description

Bronze axe found by Mr Ron Abrey (deceased) in 1954 or earlier on surface of ploughsoil. No details due to loss of axe and inadequate records, but possibly early MBA, flanged axe, haft flanged axe or palstave (S1). Findspot recorded on MIHLM map (S2).
