Full Description

"Found at Mildenhall" (area). Haft flanged axe with pockets of invasive corrosion. Filed blade edge. 16.8 cms long, weight 552 gms (S1)(S2), 556.7 cg (S3). Class 1, group 2a flanged axe of EMBA (S4). Formerly Fenton Collection, purchased by IPSMG in 1900 (S1)(S2)(S3).
