Full Description

`Large area scattered with RB sherds. Trial trench disclosed black area (36 ft diameter) containing remains of walls, painted plaster, 2nd century Samian, form 45, and coins (sestertius Hadrian)'. Lady Briscoe cites grid reference TL 198 654, Lakenheath, which is clearly incorrect (S1). Presumably taken from un-named published (?) source (PSIA?) relating to one of known Lakenheath Rom sites.

Formerly recorded as LKH MISC
