Summary

A group of World War Two roadblocks, a possible defensive structure and an earthen-covered public air raid shelter are visible on aerial photographs. A possible polygonal structure, such as a gun emplacement may, be visible at TM 5422 9407. Although it cannot be seen clearly enough on the aerial photographs to interpret it confidently.

March 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
A group of World War Two roadblocks, a possible defensive structure and an earthen-covered public air raid shelter are visible on aerial photographs (S1). A possible polygonal structure, such as a gun emplacement may, be visible at TM 5422 9407. Although it cannot be seen clearly enough on the aerial photographs to interpret it confidently.
