Full Description

Cropmark of soilmark of one clear ring ditch, circa 20m diameter, and two possible ring ditches to S(?)(S1).

March 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
Assessment of the aerial photographs for this site revealed no definite evidence for these ring ditches on the earlier aerial photographs. The features visible have the possible appearance of horse tethering of training rings or similar features created by repeated wear on the ground.
