Full Description
June 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
Undated fragmentary linear ditches are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1), on land to the south of Hundred River, Henstead with Hulver Street.
They are fragmentary and visible against a background of geological marks, and it is possible that they relate to post medieval drainage ditches. However, it is also possible that they represent part of former field boundaries or enclosures, and the archaeological features extend further than those that are mapped.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 12th June 2014.
