The function of all of the structures is not certain, but includes an emergency water tank, and a possible pillboxes and/or gun emplacement, or ARP/check posts, or similar civil defence structure.

A group of two World War Two structures is visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2) at a road junction and bridge. The function of all of the structures is not certain, but includes an emergency water tank, and a possible pillboxes and/or gun emplacement, or ARP/check posts, or similar civil defence structure.
