February 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
The site of World War Two air raid shelters are visible on aerial photographs (S1). Large numbers of entrances to sub-surface air raid shelters are also visible within the grounds of a school. Other surface structures visible may also relate to surface shelters.
