Full Description
A rectangular enclosure with a possible entrance at its southeastern corner is visible as an earthwork in the 1940s, but is ploughed down and only a cropmark by 1972 (S1-2). The enclosure, measuring c.240m x c.115m and of unknown date, may be a sheepfold as the small copse nearby is called Sheepyard Covert. (S3)
