Full Description

A possible World War II strongpoint, visible north of Round Hill (around TM 443579) as two trenches with a length of barbed wire, although other features may be concealed by the vegetation and buildings on this rise (S1). The features seem to have been abandoned by 1945 (the trenches seem to be grassing over) (S2).
