Full Description

A World War II strongpoint is visible from 1940 at TM 52628158, southeast of Covehithe. The strongpoint comprises a pillbox (located at the junction of two hedgelines) within a barbed wire circuit (with northerly access) (S1). The site has since been eroded away (S2).
