Full Description

A possible pillbox or similar military building, of World War II date, is visible at TM 53038202, on the cliff edge east of Covehithe in 1941 (S1). By 1945 it had been eroded onto the beach (S2).
Initially numbered as COV 058 during pilot survey of intertial area. Re-numbered Nov 2004
