Full Description

A World War II trench is visible in 1943 extending along the south side of the track to the beach southeast of Beach Farm. The trench effectively connects the defences overooking New Cut with the strongpoint south of Beach Farm.(S1)
Initially numbered as BNC 029 during pilot survey of intertial area. Re-numbered Nov 2004
