Full Description
An enclosure is visible in the intertidal zone in 1940. It appears to be rectangular in shape and has an entrance on its east side with a barrier across it. It may have functioned as a small harbour and it appears to be modern in date. (S1)
By Aug 1941 the structure appears to have fallen into disuse and is breaking up. (S2)
The remains of the harbour structure are still visible in 1971. (S3)
Also seen as part of field survery of Suffolk Coast - Concrete block and timbers making up small dock/harbour. Associated with Colony yacht club and concrete lined pools behind. S4
