BOMB CRATER (Second World War - 1944 AD? to 1945 AD)

Full Description

A line of bomb craters, running NW-SE along the beach NE of Corton, is visible on a 1945 aerial photograph (S1). These features do not seem to show on photographs of 1944, which would suggest that they were created during the closing months of World War II.
