Full Description

A World War II anti-tank ditch created by modifying existing drainage ditches can be seen on photographs taken in the 1940s. The feature is visible as an unconsolidated bank along the western side of the drainage ditch. Construction of the ditch at the northern end had commenced by January 1942. (S1) The anti-tank ditch appears to be complete by the end of 1943, stretching from TM367439 in the north to TM362422 in the south. (S2) (S3)
