Full Description
A T-shaped line of anti-tank cubes forming a tank trap can be seen running for c 200m along the beach at Kessingland (S1). Close to the anti-tank cubes is a short L-shaped stretch of barbed wire. These features would have formed part of the World War II coastal defences in this area. The cubes have either been moved or dismantled by 1944, as they are no longer visible on aerial photographs of this date.
