Full Description

A trench with associated bank, c 60m long, can be seen on aerial photographs from 1941 (S1,S2). The trench is enclosed to the north by a length of barbed wire obstruction. To its south-west is a short section of trench, c 12m long. These features are evidence of activity in this area during World War II, and they may have been used for defensive or practice purposes.
