Full Description

A small rectangular concrete building of World War II date, constructed after July 1940, can be seen on photographs taken in 1944 and 1945. It is possibly an air raid shelter as it is located near residential buildings and is identical in shape to two other structures in Felixstowe that also appear to have functioned as air raid shelters (FEX 113 and FEX 114). (S1) (S2)
It has been demolished by August 1948.
See FEX 149 for another possible shelter nearby.
