Full Description

A possible Bronze Age round barrow is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs, centred on TM 23713446. The possible barrow is approximately 18m in diameter. The ditch is partially obscured by local geological features, but appears to be on average circa 2m in width. (S1). The feature appears to be too large to be the location of an Iron Age or Roman round house, but this cannot be stated for certain without further investigation.
