Full Description
A probable second World War II pillbox is visible on aerial photographs located on Aldeburgh beach at circa TM46585685. It is visible on aerial photographs from 1941 to 1945, positioned flush to a row of anti-invasion anti-tank cubes. It may also have been surrounded by barbed wire in 1942, but if so, this is no longer visible in 1945 (S1-S3).
