Full Description

Two probable World War II trench shelters located at TM 29553388 and TM 29563388 are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1941, in the back gardens of buildings on Buregate Road, Felixstowe. The trenches are both v-shaped and are 7m and 4m long respectively. They are probably small open trench air raid shelters which may not be visible in later years because many were later covered.
