Full Description

The eroded remains of an earthwork bank are visible on aerial photographs as cropmarks and earthworks, roughly 350m to the south-west of Snape Maltings, centred on circa TM39565686. The visible remains are approximately 230m in length, extending from about TM39455693 at its north west end to circa TM39625679 at its south east tip. The possible age and function of the feature is unclear. (S1, S2)
