Full Description
A possible landing point or jetty of unknown date is visible as a structure on aerial photographs taken from the 1940s onwards, centred on TM 24153729, near Jill's Hole in Shotley parish. The structure is around 50m in length but only a few metres wide and extends out into the river channel. (S1) (S2) (S3)
