Full Description

A ditched rectangular enclosure of possible prehistoric or Roman date is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs of Boyton parish, centred on circa TM38514758. The enclosure measures about 25 by 20m, and abuts a linear cropmark on a NE-SW alignment that may be part of a wider system of possible prehistoric ditched boundary features and trackways (see BOY 025).
