Full Description

A number of pits, possibly oyster beds, are visible on aerial photographs as earthworks in the inter-tidal zone on the northern bank of the River Ore in Boyton parish, centred on circa TM38944612. They are between 4-5m wide and are located alongside a tidal channel that runs parallel to the sea wall. (S1-S3)
