Full Description

A ring ditch, possibly the remains of a round house of later prehistoric date, is visible as a cropmark to the south of Welham's plantation,centred on circa TM239441, Foxhall parish. The ditch is on average 1.2 metres wide and the ring-ditch has a diameter of circa 17 metres. The ring ditch may be of similar date to the surrounding cropmark field system (see FXL 041). (S1, S2)
