Full Description

Potentially two phases of ditched field boundary can be seen as cropmarks on aerial photographs, to the west of Lodge Farm, Foxhall parish, centred on circa TM228430. Two linear ditches crossing the field from west to east may be part of one phase, whilst at least three further ditches, on various alignments, cannot be identified as belonging to any single coherent field pattern. Non of the ditches appear to cross the ring ditch FXL 046. (S1, S2)
