Full Description

A ring ditch or oval enclosure of unknown date, but possibly the remains of a small Bronze Age barrow, is visible as a cropmark to the south of Bucklesham Hall in Bucklesham parish, centred on circa TM256420. The ditch is probably between 1 to 2 metres wide and forms sub-circular enclosure approximately 10 by 8 metres in size. It appears to line up with the ring ditches BUC 005 and BUC ??? to the north-west but that may be coincidental. By 1980 a track has been laid across this feature and it is no longer visible.
