Full Description

The remains of probably medieval field boundaries are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs of the 1960s, centred on circa TM 291855, to the south of Park Drive, St Mary South Elmham parish. Although the most easterly cropmark appears to match the field pattern highlighted in SEY 029, those to the west appear to be truncated by the route of Back Lane. This may be a result of local roads and fields being remodelled during the emparkment of Flixton Park to the north. (S1, S2)
