Full Description

A ditched trackway of probably medieval date is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs to the south-west of Bungay, centred on circa TM 337881. the track is orientated roughly NNW to SSE and is visible as two parallel but intermittently visible linear cropmarks for circa 115 metres. The track is very straight and generally fits within the pattern of the surrounding field systems and is probably therefore of a similar date, originating probably in the later medieval or early post-medieval period.
