Summary

Full Description

A curvilinear earthwork of unknown date but potentially a strip field boundary of medieval origin, is visible on aerial photographs to the south of Lakenheath Airfield, at circa TL 727793, Eriswell parish. The earthwork is very faintly visible on S1, but the route of a footpath alongside it may indicate it survived to a height sufficient to influence human passage.
