Full Description

A military slit trench of twentieth century date is visible on aerial photographs as an earthwork approximately 600 metres to the north-west of Worlingham Hall, centred on circa TM 439906. The crenellated form of the trench is typical of practise trenches of First World War date but it is possible it was created in the early years of the Second World War. (S1, S2)
