Full Description

A possible field boundary of post-medieval date can be seen on aerial photographs as a shallow ditch to the east of North Cove Hall, North Cove parish, at circa TM 466895. The earthwork runs east to west with a possible lateral arm heading north about halfway along its length, and may be the remains of a grubbed up field boundary such as a hedgerow. The hedge may have been removed for the creation of North Cove Hall's grounds in the 18th century. (S1)
