Anglo Saxon and Ipswich ware pottery sherds, possible occupation of site.

Gentle mound, 0.3-0.5m high, spread to 20-25m diameter. Probably round barrow. Also further mound, also possibly round barrow.

Moat island.

Small moated site with a central island. Site lies just S of Rise Hall (see AKE 010) and it is likely that this moat accommodated a timber-framed dovecote.

Bank earthworks and an unusual shaped single ditch.

Rectangular moat, entrance on E side, unoccupied.

Evaluation and monitoring identified a low level of activity on the site in the Iron Age period, dispersed over a broad area.
