Description
1993: The potter's garage site covers an area of some 5200 square metres adjacent to Bridge Street Framlingham. Evaluation was undertaken in advance of the proposed redevlopment of the site for a new supermarket. Due to the site still being in use at the time of the fieldwork only a limited area was available for evaluation. Three small trenches were excavated measuring 1.35m x 1.35m and 1.8m x 1.1m and 4.8m x 1.00m.
