Description

An archaeological excavation was carried out on the area of a new road corridor at Cedars Park in advance of the construction of a roadway. The top and subsoil was stripped for the full length of the roadway using a mechanical excavator. Thereafter all archaeological features were dug by hand. Early Roman features were identified (S1).
