Description

Intermittent archaeological watching brief was carried out on the land adjacent to the west of Temple Bridge on the southern bank of the River Lark. It was carried our during construction of a cofferdam and associated drainage ditch. No archaeological features were identified but artefacts were found in the backfill of rabbit burrows and molehills within a 90m by 40m area (S1).
