Summary

October 1985: Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey, on field `151', located pottery scatter over area 60m x 30m, fronting main road and on junction with Coakers Lane.

Full Description

October 1985: Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey, on field `151', located pottery scatter over area 60m x 30m, fronting main road and on junction with Coakers Lane. Finds:- 28 sherds Med coarseware (?) and Early Med ware (S1).
See DEB 009 for further Med scatter in same field.
Also on field a flint `circular keeled core, with one flat (natural) and one domed surface' (Preh)(S1).
