Full Description

February 1988: Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey, on field `653', located "much Med & PMed pottery, also brick and tile frags, Med glazed wares, stonewares, much iron debris" and dark soil. Date range C12/ C13 to C17/C18. Scatter circa 120m diameter on site fronting main road. ? Emparked in PMed period - see BOU 009 (S1).
