Full Description

November 1985: fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located worked flint scatter plus 1 potsherd, over 40m x 40m area, in "Field 189". Finds consisted of 1 sherd flint gritted (?IA) pottery & 38 flint flakes (S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on context, (S2).
