Full Description

March 1987: fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located C12 to C13/C14 pottery scatter, over 40m x 40m area, in "Field 572". Site found on N edge of pond, now largely destroyed by development of pond into larger farm reservoir. Finds consisted of 1 sherd Thetford type ware and 20 sherds Med pot (S1).
