Full Description

February 1986: fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located thin pottery scatter N of St Botolphs churchyard (CUP 003), over 50m x 20m area, in "Field 309". Finds consisted of 2 sherds Ipswich ware, 1 sherd Thetford type ware and 6 Med sherds (S1).
Probably related to similar scatter to E of churchyard, CUP 004. Also Med.
