Full Description

1985: Fieldwalking by John Newman for South East Suffolk survey located general scatter, on "Field 174", with no particular concentrations. Finds consisted of 2 scrapers (one on a natural flake), 23 flakes & 1 sherd Medieval? wheel-made with flint-gritting (S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on context, (S2).
