Full Description

Three sherds of handmade IA pottery found fieldwalking in a fairly dense predominantly late Rom scatter (S1). Further pottery found, mainly in two areas within larger Rom scatter, flint gritted fabrics. Also a bronze cast potin coin (Class II), in good condition (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) (S1).
Also Rom & one flint scraper (?BA).
Originally Bardwell parish but, since parish boundary changes, now in Stanton.
