Full Description

1960's: Colonel T Kelly reputed to have had `a twisted gold bracelet with knobs on the ends' (hearsay) and a `cross-like gold item that looked like rope' (seen by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s))(S1). Also small ?Med key ring found metal detecting by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)(S2).
1993: Bronze looped hooked object detected by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s). Rom? Details in (S3).
1994: Detector finds by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) include, biconical, toggle-shaped, bronze object and `spatulate bladed' implement (Rom?). Details and drawings in (S2).
1995: Excavation of 10m wide strip at NE end of site - see MNL 479.
January 1997: Burnt patch exposed by ploughing.
